Clear distinction of rights

Troika Tech Services does not claim ownership over:

  • User-generated content
  • Generated code
  • Applications you build
  • Your business logic
  • Your modifications and derivative works

Force Majeure

Troika Tech shall not be liable for service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, war, power failures, cyberattacks, etc.

Service response time: 1–6 hr urgent issues, 24 working hr others.

AI Usage & Responsibility

All AI-generated outputs require client review before publishing. No automated decisions with legal/financial impact.

User rights

  • Full ownership of generated code
  • Commercial usage allowed
  • No attribution required
  • No royalties to Troika Tech

Data usage, training, and learning

We analyze usage for system improvements, reliability, and feature development. We may retain data as required for compliance.

User accounts and content

  • You are responsible for account security
  • Account deletion via support only
  • We can terminate accounts violating Terms

Services and pricing

  • Plans may change anytime
  • Support only for Top-Tier Customers
  • Subscription auto-renews monthly

Refund Policy

  • Payments non-refundable except billing errors

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription active until period end
  • No partial refunds

Digital Service Notice

All sales are final after service access is granted.

Third-Party Plugin & Accessibility Disclaimers

We are not liable for 3rd-party plugin issues or accessibility compliance without separate agreement.
